With myUSCIS, groups can make accounts to quickly fill out H-1B forms and request faster processing. This helps the government decide on immigration benefits.
Starting March 2024, groups must use myUSCIS for the H-1B process in 2025. The registration time for the 2025 H-1B visas is from March 6 to March 22. During this time, companies need to register each person and pay fees online.
From the 2025 registration period, people must share valid passport info. This is important for getting the visa and entering the US.
Also, USCIS will let people file some H-1B forms online in March. From April 1, those chosen can start filing H-1B forms online.
