Please be aware that the change in U.S. Visa Services, initially scheduled for July 15, has been rescheduled to take place on July 29, 2023. As a result, visa services will be unavailable from July 26 to July 28, and fee payment services will not be accessible from July 25 to July 28. All services will resume via the new system on July 29, 2023.
To facilitate a smooth transition to the new system, we kindly request your cooperation with the following steps:
- Review and Verify Profile Information: Ensure that all the data entered in your profile is accurate and complete. If there are any discrepancies, kindly correct them as soon as possible.
- Early Visa Application Fee Payment: If you intend to pay a visa application fee in the near future, please do so before July 24, 2023. This will ensure your payment is processed before the system change, as payment services will be temporarily unavailable from July 25 to July 28. Services will resume on July 29, 2023.
- Associate Visa Fee Payment: If you have already paid your visa fee but have not associated it with your profile, please log in to your profile and enter the payment receipt number to ensure proper linkage.
- Unique Email Addresses for Dependent Applicants: For travel coordinators, group coordinators, or families who have added dependent visa applicants to primary applicant profiles, it is essential that each dependent/applicant has a unique email address. If adjustments are needed, including changing the email address on file, please contact our call center for assistance in updating this information.
