Starting January 1, 2024, Uganda will open its borders to citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), eliminating the need for visas. This move promotes seamless travel within the East African Community (EAC), fulfilling a key obligation outlined in the EAC Common Market Protocol.
