The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has made it easier for citizens of 82 countries to enter the country by waiving the visa requirement. This means that citizens of these countries can now simply arrive in the UAE without having to apply for a visa in advance.

The list of countries whose citizens are eligible for visa-free entry to the UAE can be found on the official website of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Citizens of the remaining 115 countries will still need to apply for a visa before traveling to the UAE.

In addition, citizens of GCC countries, such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, can also enter the UAE without a visa. They only need to present their passport or GCC ID card upon arrival.

The UAE government has made these changes in order to attract more tourists and business visitors to the country. The new visa policy is expected to boost the UAE’s economy and create jobs.

Here are some additional details about the new visa policy:

  • The visa-free entry is valid for 90 days.
  • Travelers can extend their stay for an additional 90 days.
  • The visa is not extendable beyond 180 days in a year.
  • Travelers must have a valid passport and return ticket.
  • Travelers must have sufficient funds to support their stay in the UAE.
