The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expanded its Golden Visa Program to welcome Pakistani nurses, recognizing their vital role in the country’s healthcare sector. The Golden Visa allows foreign individuals to live and work in the UAE for extended periods, ranging from five to ten years, without sponsorship requirements.
To qualify, Pakistani nurses need a valid UAE nursing license and five years of relevant experience. They can apply by submitting required documents, completing an application form, and paying fees. The process takes three to six months, offering a feasible pathway for nurses to establish a long-term presence in the UAE.
The Golden Visa Program, launched in 2019, is a popular residency-by-investment scheme in the Middle East. In the first half of 2023, Dubai saw a 52% increase in Golden Visas issued, contributing to the country’s economic growth.
