This news reports an alleged scam in which an agent is accused of deceiving a young individual with promises of facilitating a study visa for Canada. The accused agent, identified as Navdeep, is said to have abruptly closed down the office located near the new bus stand in Kurukshetra and fled after the alleged scam involving 13 lakhs INR (Indian Rupees) came to light.

The complainant, Sukhdev Singh, a resident of Ratandera, Kurukshetra, has taken the matter to the police by filing a formal complaint. According to the complaint, Navdeep assured the youth of arranging a study visa for Canada but vanished once the fraudulent activities were exposed.

In response to the complaint, the police have registered a case against Navdeep. The charges include fraud and violations of the Immigration Act. An official investigation has been initiated to look into the allegations and gather evidence related to the purported scam.
