Visit the BLS International Visa Application Centre:

  • The BLS centre’s Visa Hours are from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and no reservation is required.

Submit Your Application:

  • Visit the BLS International Visa Application Centre in the jurisdiction covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Union Territory of Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
  • Submit your completed visa application form along with all required documents.

Processing Time:

Required Documents from the Korean Inviter (Up to 2 documents):

  1. Invitation Letter:
    • You can provide a photocopy or scanned copy of the original invitation letter.
    • No attestation is needed on the invitation letter from Korea.
    • Please note that no visa-related documents should be sent directly or separately to the Embassy.

The invitation letter must include the following information:

  1. Invitee’s Details:
    • Full name
    • Date of birth (DOB)
    • Passport number
    • Passport issue and expiry date
  2. Inviter’s Details:
    • For companies: Name, address, and phone number of the inviting company, and contact details of the in-charge person.
    • For individuals: Full name, ID number (Foreigner Registration No for foreigners in Korea), address, and contact number of the inviter.
  3. Inviting Company/Individual’s Authentication:
    • The invitation letter should bear the registered seal/stamp or include the signature of the inviting company/individual at the end of the letter.
