A Pune immigration firm is accused of cheating hundreds of people seeking Canada visas. The company closed down, leaving 300-400 job seekers in a difficult situation. A complaint was filed last August with Kandivli police, but no action has been taken, and no official report has been registered (FIR). The person who filed the complaint alleges that the police are supporting the accused, who supposedly took Rs 80,000 from each candidate.

Aalap Shah, the owner of Fastrack Education Arise International in Kandivli, filed a complaint against Tuyo Immigration in Pune. Shah had applied for 14 candidates seeking a Canada visa, paying around Rs 12 lakh. Due to disputes, the immigration company closed, and one person started a new company, demanding repayment for the visas. Despite the complaint filed in August last year, Kandivali police have taken no action, according to Shah.
