With this new e-visa system, individuals approved for the mentioned visa categories will have their visa details electronically linked to their passports through a QR code. However, during the initial phase of implementation, authorities have advised affected individuals to carry a printed copy of their issued e-visa in paper form when boarding a plane to Saudi Arabia.
