The Hong Kong Immigration Department now requires Indian travelers to register online before their trip, with early registration strongly advised. Vistara, a prominent Indian airline, is assisting passengers in meeting this new requirement to ensure a smooth entry process into Hong Kong.

After successful registration, travelers must print the notification slip on an A4-sized sheet, confirming that the details on the slip match those on their passport. Vistara has recently launched daily non-stop flights from Delhi to Hong Kong, offering travelers more choices with their A320neo aircraft equipped with three classes.

While visiting Hong Kong, Indian passport holders typically need a visa, although some with specific valid visas may qualify for the Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) for shorter visits. Notably, the Indian passport ranks 141st globally, allowing visa-free travel to 30 countries, while for other destinations, Indian passport holders generally need to apply for a visa in advance.
