Good news for Ukrainians: New Zealand is opening the Ukraine Resident Visa on March 16, and it will be available for two years.
This special visa lets people with a 2022 Special Ukraine Visa, along with their families, live, work, and study in New Zealand permanently.
Just remember, if you want to apply, do it before March 16, 2026. And to qualify, you need to have entered New Zealand on a 2022 Special Ukraine Visa by March 15, 2024.
