Visit a Visa Application Centre

Track your application

  • You can check your visa application status online using the Reference Number found on your invoice/receipt from the Visa Application Centre, along with your last name.
  • Additionally, you can opt for an SMS service for an extra fee, and you’ll receive updates on your phone when your passport is returned to the Visa Application Center.

Collect your passport

Please fill out the BLS Online Visa Application Form accurately and completely to ensure timely processing and avoid any delays or rejections. You can download the PDF form or fill it out online. Remember to sign the form before submitting it, and handwritten forms are also accepted.

Prepare your Application File

Make sure to follow the Document Checklist and arrange all your documents in the specified order. Don’t forget to sign where required. Refer to the photo specification guidelines and attach the correct photograph to your completed application form.

Submit Your Application

You can submit your application by walking in at the nearest BLS Morocco Visa Application Center. No appointments are needed; you can submit your application during the center’s working hours.

Application Processing, Payment of Visa Fee & Service Charges

After checking in at the reception desk, grab your token number and proceed to the counter where a Customer Service Officer will verify your documents. If anything is missing or incorrect, they’ll let you know, and you’ll need to complete the requirements and return to the application center. If everything’s in order, pay the Visa Fee & Service Charges, and get the receipt with an Acknowledgement note. Keep this receipt safe as you’ll need it during passport collection.

       Important notes:

  1. If additional documents are pending, submit them within 14 days of notification.
  2. If someone else submits your application, they need your authorization letter and a valid ID.

Track Your Visa Application

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco accepts applications and returns passports from Mondays to Fridays. Normally, they assess applications within 5 business days from receipt. However, some may take longer, for which neither BLS nor the Embassy is responsible. You can track your application status on our website.

Here is a complete list of documents you’ll need when applying for a Short Term Visa to visit Morocco for various purposes, such as holidays, visiting friends/family, attending a wedding, and more.

  1. Visa Application Form: Complete the application form accurately. Include your contact details, such as phone and email, even if an agent is submitting it on your behalf.
  2. Passport: Ensure your original passport has a minimum validity of 3 months from your planned travel date. It should also have at least one empty page. Don’t forget to make copies of the first and last pages of your passport.
  3. Passport Photos: Provide two recent passport-sized photos with a white background (4 x 3 cm) showing your face clearly.
  4. Cover Letter: Include a cover letter from either your employer or yourself, explaining the purpose of your visit.

Note:

  • If you have a sponsor for your trip, you won’t need to submit your bank statement. Instead, your sponsor should provide their original bank statement, a sponsorship letter stating their commitment to cover your expenses, and proof of their occupation as described above.

The application processing usually takes 24 to 72 hours. With the e-visa, you can initially stay in Morocco for 30 days, and it’s possible to extend it for up to six months with multiple entries.
