• After completing your visa form, you can simply drop it off at the visa application center without needing to schedule an appointment.
• Just make sure to verify the center’s opening hours

• You need to go to the Visa Application Centre to submit your completed visa application form in person. Learn about the process at the Visa Application Centre.

• You can check your visa application status online using the Reference Number found on your invoice/receipt from the Visa Application Centre, along with your last name.
• Additionally, you can opt for an SMS service for an extra fee, and you’ll receive updates on your phone when your passport is returned to the Visa Application Center.

• Once a decision has been made on your visa application, you can retrieve your documents from the Visa Application Centre in person, or if they offer it, you can have them delivered to you by courier for an extra cost.

      When picking up your documents yourself, please bring:

1. Your valid ID.
2. The receipt given to you by the Visa Application Centre.      

      If someone else is collecting them for you, please provide:

1. A signed letter of authorization from you.
2. A copy of your valid ID.
3. The valid ID of the person collecting on your behalf.
4. The receipt issued to you by the Visa Application Centre.

• On the website’s homepage, look for the option that says “Apply for an e-Visa.” Click on it to begin the application process.

• You will be presented with a series of questions and fields to fill out. It’s crucial to provide accurate and complete answers to all the questions. The information you provide should match your travel documents, such as your passport, to avoid any issues during your trip.

• As part of your Morocco e-Visa application, you will need to submit certain documents. These documents are typically listed in the “What Documents Do I Need for a Morocco e-Visa” section on the website. Common documents include a scanned copy of your passport, a passport-sized photograph, and any additional documents specific to your visa type.

• Once you have filled out the application form and uploaded the required documents, you will need to pay the Morocco e-Visa fee. This fee can usually be paid online using a debit or credit card. Make sure you have a valid card with sufficient funds to cover the visa fee.

• After completing all the necessary steps, review your application to ensure accuracy. Once you are satisfied with the information provided and have made the payment, you can submit your application.

• The processing time for your Morocco e-Visa application may vary depending on the type of visa you select. There are typically two options: Standard and Express processing. Standard processing usually takes longer, with a processing time ranging from 24 to 72 hours. Express processing is faster, often providing approval within a shorter timeframe.

Please fill out the BLS Online Visa Application Form accurately and completely to ensure timely processing and avoid any delays or rejections. You can download the PDF form or fill it out online. Remember to sign the form before submitting it, and handwritten forms are also accepted.

Make sure to follow the Document Checklist and arrange all your documents in the specified order. Don’t forget to sign where required. Refer to the photo specification guidelines and attach the correct photograph to your completed application form.

You can submit your application by walking in at the nearest BLS Morocco Visa Application Center. No appointments are needed; you can submit your application during the center’s working hours.

After checking in at the reception desk, grab your token number and proceed to the counter where a Customer Service Officer will verify your documents. If anything is missing or incorrect, they’ll let you know, and you’ll need to complete the requirements and return to the application center. If everything’s in order, pay the Visa Fee & Service Charges, and get the receipt with an Acknowledgement note. Keep this receipt safe as you’ll need it during passport collection.

       Important notes:

1. If additional documents are pending, submit them within 14 days of notification.
2. If someone else submits your application, they need your authorization letter and a valid ID.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco accepts applications and returns passports from Mondays to Fridays. Normally, they assess applications within 5 business days from receipt. However, some may take longer, for which neither BLS nor the Embassy is responsible. You can track your application status on our website.
