Collect Your Passport

After your visa application decision is made, you have two options for getting your documents:

1. In-person pickup: Bring your valid ID and the receipt from the Visa Application Centre.
2. Courier delivery: If available, you can pay extra to have your documents delivered to you.

If someone else is collecting your documents for you, they need to bring:

• A signed letter of authorization from you.
• A copy of your valid ID.
• Their own valid ID.
• The receipt from the Visa Application Centre.
