For 2025, H-1B registrations happen online from March 6 to March 22, 2024. People can use USCIS accounts to register beneficiaries. Now, registrants need to give valid passport details for each beneficiary. If granted a visa, it must match their entry document.
Starting March, USCIS allows online filing for Form I-129 and Form I-907 for no-cap H-1B petitioners. Online filing for selected registrations, including H-1B cap petitions, begins on April 1, 2024.
