Starting February 2024, you can apply online for H-1B visas for the fiscal year 2025 (FY25). The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is making the process easier by introducing organizational accounts.
These accounts let people in a company, including legal advisors, work together on H-1B registrations, Form I-129 (petition for a non-immigrant worker), and Form I-907 (request for premium processing service), as explained on the USCIS website.
Ur M. Jaddou, the USCIS Director, said, “We’re always working to make things easier. With organizational accounts and online filing for I-129 H-1B petitions, the whole process becomes fully electronic—from registration to our final decision and transmission to the Department of State.
