Triptapal Singh was contacted by a man named Avinash Singh who claimed to be involved in sending people abroad. Avinash Singh demanded 23 lakh rupees to arrange a U.S. Seaman visa for Triptapal Singh.
Triptapal Singh paid nine lakh rupees to Avinash Singh over a period of time.Avinash Singh conducted biometric tests multiple times but never obtained the visa for Triptapal Singh.Triptapal Singh realized he had been cheated and reported the incident to the police.A case of fraud has been registered against Avinash Singh.
