Visa Exemption for China
There is a visa exemption for China for citizens of the following countries and special administrative regions:
- Singapore
- Brunei
- Japan
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China
- Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China
Citizens of these countries and regions are exempt from a visa for tourism purposes for a period of up to 15 days. However, if their stay exceeds 15 days, or if they are traveling to China for business, study, or other purposes, they will need to obtain a visa.
Nationals of all other countries must obtain a visa to enter China. Visas can be obtained from Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.
