On Wednesday, China revealed a successful negotiation of a “comprehensive mutual visa cooperation” agreement with 23 nations, including the Maldives. This move supports Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu’s efforts to attract more Chinese tourists to the Indian Ocean island nation.
