On Thursday, BLS International, a visa services provider, announced the inauguration of a new visa application center in Mumbai, aimed at increasing processing capacity. Located at Nariman Point, this new center will handle visa applications for Spain, Slovakia, Egypt, Gambia, Morocco, and South Korea. The facility was inaugurated by the Consul General of Spain, Fernando Heredia Noguer.
The center will manage both short-term and long-term visas, catering to a wide range of travelers’ needs with the capacity to process approximately 1,000 visas daily. Besides serving Mumbai residents, it will also accommodate applicants from nearby regions, significantly expanding its reach.
Spanning around 6,000 square feet, the center is equipped with biometric enrollment, document verification systems, internet kiosks, and a premium lounge. Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director at BLS International, emphasized that the center is strategically designed to streamline operations and meet the growing demand, especially for popular destinations like Spain.
