Collect your passport

Once your visa application decision is made, you can collect your documents/passport in person at the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery, based on your earlier choice.

For in-person collection, you need to bring:

1. Original ICR and a copy of your ID.

Third-party collection is only allowed for:

1. Immediate family members.
2. Persons authorized by official/diplomatic passport holders with an authorization letter.
3. Company representatives with an authorization letter and their ID card.

Those collecting on behalf of others must bring:

1. Photocopy of their ID.
2. Original ICR.
3. Authorization letter from the applicant.
