In Ambala City, Nirmal Singh from Konkapur village got tricked into losing 3.05 lakhs, thinking he was getting a work visa for Togo. The police are investigating Harvinder Singh, also known as Yuvraj, in connection with the case.

Nirmal, a driver, introduced his friend Bindaar to Harvinder, who claimed to help people go abroad. Harvinder promised a Togo work visa with a three-year permit, a salary of at least one lakh rupees, and other benefits. Nirmal agreed and paid 40,000 rupees on October 3, 2021. After taking around 3,05,000 rupees, Harvinder took Nirmal to Punjab on October 27, 2021. They traveled from Punjab to Dubai, and later Harvinder suggested a New Zealand visa. However, he deceived Nirmal, verbally abused him, and refused to return the money.
