Albania is welcoming travelers from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Thailand by removing visa requirements to boost tourism. Starting now, people from these countries can visit Albania with just their valid passport until December 31, 2024.
Visitors from these nations can stay visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This decision mirrors a similar move made in April 2023, allowing Gulf country citizens to visit Albania without visas.
This decision aligns with the “For foreigners” law and was a joint effort between the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Minister of the Interior.
